About the Author
Robert S. Feldman is Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences and Deputy Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A recipient of the College Distinguished Teacher Award, he teaches classes ranging in size from 10 to nearly 500 students. During the course of more than two decades as a college instructor, he has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at Mount Holyoke College, Wesleyan University, and Virginia Commonwealth University in addition to the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

A Fellow of both the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Science, Professor Feldman received a B.A. with High Honors from Wesleyan University (and from which he received the Distinguished Alumni Award). He has an MS and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a winner of a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer award, and he has written more than 200 books, book chapters, and scientific articles. He has edited Development of Nonverbal Behavior in Children (Springer-Verlag) and Applications of Nonverbal Behavioral Theory and Research (Erlbaum), and co-edited Fundamentals of Nonverbal Behavior (Cambridge University Press). He is also author of Development Across the Life Span, Understanding Psychology, and P.O.W.E.R. Learning: Strategies for Success in College and Life. His books have been translated into many languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese, Korean, German, Arabic, Tagalog, and Japanese, and more than 2.5 million students have used his textbooks.

Professor Feldman’s research interests include honesty and deception in everyday life, work that he described in The Liar in Your Life, a trade book published in 2009. His research has been supported by grants from the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute on Disabilities and Rehabilitation Research.� He is also president of the Federation of Associations in the Behavioral and Brain Sciences Foundation, an organization that promotes the social sciences, and a member of the board of New England Public Radio.

Professor Feldman loves music, is an enthusiastic pianist, and enjoys cooking and traveling. He has three children and two young grandsons. He and his wife, a psychologist, live in western Massachusetts in a home overlooking the Holyoke Mountain Range.

Wonderful Sweet Romance by Dinah McLeod

This was a lovely sweet romance. A strong alpha cowboy with old fashioned ideals and a sweet young lady on her own. Their feelings and emotions are are delved into and a well developed storyline make for a wonderful story. There is an abusive ex, romance, spanking and sweet sex. I enjoyed this well-told story of two people, a 30-year old rodeo cowboy, Colton, and a 19-year old proud but down on her luck waitress, Scarlett. Colton has been in the rodeo scene for many years, he is a winner, but his life has never had that one special woman, just lots of warm-bodied-one-night stands. Scarlett is trying to just survive in the world, never knew her Dad, lost her Mom and is on her own after a break-up with a user-looser boyfriend, Wade. From the time Colton and Scarlett meet with a mishap at the rodeo, they are drawn together by a need or desire that allows his dominance and her submission to be explored. All of Scarlett’s life she has craved that special desire for the love and protection of a Daddy. Colton knows from her petite and pixie size she is different and his protective side comes out, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know when she needs correction. The chemistry between these two is explosive. The dialog and interaction are raw, emotional, edgy and honest. The punishments are all justly deserved and include spanking, humiliation, anal play, mouth soaping, and enema. The overall dynamics in this relationship requires honesty and respect. Colton proves to be Scarlett’s knight in shining armor, riding into her rescue and protecting her from the dragons of the world. Behram Ardeshir was born in Mumbai, lives in Mumbai and hopes to die in Mumbai. He lives with his wife, children and five dogs. He comes from an old and respected Parsi family and runs his own successful business. He has a healthy interest in classic automobiles, antique porcelain, sports and animals. He is also involved in various charitable works. He has travelled extensively, experiencing many very unusual situations and circumstances from his childhood to the present. His experiences have given him a different perspective on life that is evident in the characters he has created and the style of writing he has adopted. He is currently working on a full length novel which is a fictional account of a recent major international incident.

Ardeshir takes us through the thrilling saga of an Indian Parsi super-assassin named Maut or "Death" in Hindi. A fictional Indian "Carlos the Jackal", Maut is the product of his upbringing in Mumbai - a city the author vividly brings to life. Through a series of vignettes, each describing a particular assignment, the reader experiences the full range of emotions and action experienced by Maut. Covering a broad range of territory from Cyprus to the hill stations of India and the dark depths of Siberia, the author keeps the book moving at a fast pace across multiple geographies. A taut, action-packed narrative kept me up all night as the action climaxed towards its final denouement. A must read for Indians who like Frederick Forsyth or Robert Ludlum style thrillers and for others interesting in a good read.

About the Author
DAVID LAVALLEE is Head of the School of Sport at the University of Stirling, UK. His principal areas of interest include self identity and coping processes in sport and exercise, psychology of sport injury, retirement from sport, athlete and coach burnout, and eating disorders in sport.

JOHN KREMER is Reader in Applied Social Psychology at Queen's University, Belfast, Northern Ireland. He is Module Co-ordinator for Social and Applied Psychology and Sport and Exercise Psychology. His research interests include equality and diversity at work and sport and exercise psychology.

AIDAN MORAN is Professor of Cognitive Psychology in the School of Psychology at University College, Dublin, Ireland. He has published extensively in cognitive psychology (mental imagery, eye-tracking) and sport psychology (mental practice, concentration) and is particularly interested in the use of psychological techniques to improve people's concentration skills and performance. A consultant to many of Ireland's leading professional sports performers and teams, he is a former Official Psychologist to the Irish Olympic Squad.

MARK WILLIAMS is Professor of Motor Behavior at Liverpool John Moores University, UK, and Visiting Research Associate at Florida State University, USA. Professor Williams' current research concentrates on "the medical decision-making skill in healthcare and medicine."
